I love this eating plan! just a few queries though:
Sundried/sunblush tomatoes in olive oil – carb or fat?
full fat (shop bought) mayo ok on fat meals?

Hi Bee – many thanks for your kind words. Good question on the tomatoes in olive oil – olive oil is for cooking only with carb meals (stir fry veg etc), olive oil is not for pouring on bread! If the tomatoes are well drained, they can go with either. I pour sundried tomatoes and the olive oil on things like cheese salads – for a free fat dressing! You can do that with any fat meal. Shop bought mayo will rarely be OK – do let me know if you find one without sugar or other unnecessary junk in it – I haven’t yet! The fat in it won’t be the problem – it will be the added things. The recipe book does have a real mayo recipe! Or just stick with the sundried tomato oil!
    Best wishes – Zoe
