		<description>oh thanks :) i started this diet before xmas but now i am finding it real hard to get back to it and i still feel like i have cravings for processed food? i did stage 1 last week and lost 6 pound but then i binged on the weekend? was wondering if you knew why this was?  thankyou :)</description>
