    Just wondering if you can have fruit teas on Phase 1? i do apologise for keep adding comments instead of posting as i don’t know how!!

    Hello Zoe, tahini is crushed sesame seeds. There is no butter involved although it can be used as a substitute for, e.g. peanut butter which could be confusing. There is some information about it on Wikipedia, here http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Tahini

    Hi Hannah – many thanks for this – you’re absolutely right. I should have said the one I have nutritional info for is butter based (this is the most natural version on the US Dietary database) – but it doesn’t have to be butter based.
