Following our previous blog, we’ve had a few requests for a veggie version of our Eatwell Plate, so here it is: A 3-egger omelette, loaded with cherry tomatoes, red onion, green pepper and cheese and cooked in butter. Served with home made coleslaw. Delicious at any time of the day.
